In addition to filing cases of our own, we assist with church-state cases brought by others in a variety of ways: filing friend-of-the-court briefs in support of one side in a case, taking on the representation of a person who isn’t already represented by a lawyer, joining the lawyers already working on a case to help with the representation, and more.
