Catherine Gima is the Senior Director of the Legal Academy at American United for the Separation of Church and State.

Before joining AU, Katie spent thirteen years at the American Association for Justice. She joined AAJ as a staff attorney and held various leadership roles during her tenure, including Director of the Exchange, Director of Education, and Director of Digital Strategy.

Katie received her Juris Doctor for Temple University, Beasley School of Law, where she served as the Executive Editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University.
