Public funds should go to public schools that don’t discriminate

State legislators and their religious extremist allies are fighting to divert more taxpayer money than ever to private, religious schools. We’re already fighting more than 100 bills that would create or expand voucher programs in 2022.

There are so many reasons to oppose private school vouchers: they drain public funds away from public schools, threaten religious freedom, don’t improve student achievement, and fund discrimination.
