Late-Breaking News: AU, Allies Sue Trump Administration & Notre Dame Over Birth Control Access

As this issue of Church & State was going to press, Americans United, the National Women’s Law Center and the Center for Reproductive Rights filed a lawsuit in federal court asserting that officials at the University of Notre Dame entered into an unlawful agreement with the Trump administration to deny students, employees and others coverage of birth control guaranteed to them by the Affordable Care Act.
