Winners of Student Essay Contest Announced

  AU admin

The first Americans United for Separation of Church and State Student Essay Contest was a great success.

We received over 155 essays from high school seniors and college students in 43 different states exploring why the separation of church of state is integral to preserving religious freedom in America’s pluralistic society. It was a tremendous challenge for our judges to select winners from the many high-quality essays that were submitted. Read more about the contest and see profiles on our winners here.
