The Orange County chapter’s October 6thevent features Julie Korinke, the Public Affairs Manager for Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties.   Julie will be speaking on “The War on Women and What It Has to Do with the Separation of Church and State.”  The discussion will cover the war on women and how it impacts the upcoming election, both locally and nationally.  We ignore it our peril if we allow the powerful to give those with a religious agenda to pick control over aspects of our health care, all done in the name of religious freedom.

The event takes place on Saturday October 6th at 1:30 PM, at the new Irvine Ranch Water District Community Room, 15500 Sand Canyon Avenue, Irvine.  There is no charge for this event.  Doors open at 1:00 for snacks and socializing; seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis.  For more information on either event: Email us at OrangeCountyAU@yahoo.com or visit the Orange County AU web site at  www.au-oc.org.
