Eddie Tabash is a constitutional lawyer in the Los Angeles area. He has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Americans United for Separation of Church and State since 1994. He is chair of the Board of Directors of the Center for Inquiry. He is known for his expertise regarding with the religion clauses of the Constitution. He has authored numerous briefs in the United States Supreme Court urging the Court to treat believers and nonbelievers equally. He is also one of the more well-known atheist debaters in the United States.
