Tell Your Senators: Protect Abortion Access Now!

Our right to abortion is at greater risk than ever before. The U.S. Supreme Court is on the brink of overturning Roe v. Wade, leaving millions of Americans without access to care. Equal access to abortion care—everywhere—is essential to social and economic participation, reproductive autonomy, and the right to determine our own lives.

Abortion bans are an attack on religious freedom. They attempt to impose one religious viewpoint on all of us. Religious freedom ensures people can make their own decisions according to their own beliefs.

Congress can fight back by passing the Women’s Health Protection Act (WHPA), a bill that will protect the right to access abortion in every state even if the Court overturns Roe. WHPA has passed the House of Representatives, but we need the Senate to move it forward.

Congress must commit to protecting the right of every person to make their own decisions about their bodies, free from discrimination and interference by politicians and judges.
