Americans United just filed a lawsuit with our allies to stop Oklahoma officials from creating the nation’s first religious public charter school. Our experts will discuss the lawsuit that AU, ACLU, FFRF and the ELC filed on behalf of a group of dedicated Oklahoma faith leaders, parents and public-education advocates who don’t want their tax dollars funding a public school where a student can face discrimination, religious indoctrination or the threat of being expelled for failing to conform to religious doctrines.

Barry is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ and a prominent attorney.
