Jim McCollum is the reason his mother, Vashti, took and won the landmark McCollum v. Board of Education lawsuit, declaring unconstitutional religious devotional classes and instruction in our public schools. He, a young schoolboy, was subjected to all manner of reprisal for deciding in the 5th grade not to sign up for a Protestant class taught by a Christian missionary. Join us to hear his story.

Oral arguments in Kennedy v. Bremerton School District are set to take place on April 25th. On the following day we're hosting a briefing where you'll hear our analysis of how it went. You'll also be able to ask the questions you have about the arguments.
