Eddie Tabash is a constitutional lawyer in the Los Angeles area and he is the chair of the National Legal Committee of Americans United for Separation of Church and State. He has authored numerous briefs in both the United States and California Supreme Courts, arguing for government to observe strict neutrality in matters of religion. He takes the view that the Founders intentionally created a government in which believers and non believers are to be equal before the law.
