Dr. Tony Huntley, co-chair of the Biological Sciences Department at Saddleback College will host a discussion on “The Biological Basis for Morality, Religiosity, and Belief in God.”  The presentation will be followed by Q&A with the audience.

Dr. Huntley’s research has indicated that altruistic behaviors can be seen in several non-human species and contends that we can follow the biological evolution of moral behaviors.  Other research indicates that it may be possible to actually look into the brain and see both the regions and the cells responsible for what we call moral behavior.

If you live near Orange County CA, you won't want to miss this!  The event takes place on Saturday, April 17th, at 2:00 PM at the Irving Ranch Water District, 15600 Sand Canyon Avenue, Irvine, CA.  There is no charge for this event and reservations are not required.
