Andrew Nellis is a Madison Fellow at Americans United for Separation of Church and State.
Andrew earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from NYU School of Law in 2016. At NYU, he was an Arthur Garfield Hays Civil Liberties Fellow, a student advocate at the New York Civil Liberties Union, and the lead publication editor of the NYU Review of Law and Social Change. He also interned at the American Civil Liberties Union, the Center for Constitutional Rights, the Brennan Center for Justice, Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, and the Media Law Resource Center. Andrew earned his B.A. in political science, with honors, from Haverford College.
