Senior Counsel, National Women’s Law Center


Rachel Easter is Senior Counsel for Reproductive Rights and Health at the National Women’s Law Center. She works to advance federal laws and policies that promote access to reproductive health care and eliminate health care refusals.  Rachel served as a Women’s Law and Public Policy Fellow at NWLC from 2014-2015. She graduated from Stanford Law School and she has a B.A. in history and anthropology from the University of Virginia.
