Elisa Painten is the Prospect Research Manager at Americans United for Separation of Church and State.

Elisa has over 24 years of experience in nonprofit management and fundraising. Prior to joining AU, Elisa worked in fundraising in education and animal welfare, and in teen dating violence prevention program development.

Elisa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Southern New Hampshire University and holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from University of Illinois at Chicago.
