Alex Bodaken is the Steven Gey Constitutional Litigation Fellow at Americans United for Separation of Church and State.

Alex earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center. During law school, he was an editor of the American Criminal Law Review, a student-attorney in the Appellate Litigation Clinic, and a member of Barristers’ Council. He also served as an intern at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. Prior to law school, he earned his bachelor’s degree in History from Georgetown University.
