This small organization is the modern version of a 19th Century group that was founded to add references to Christianity to the U.S. Constitution and press for a nation law curbing commerce on Sunday. In its modern guise, the group promotes Christian Reconstructionism -- the idea that U.S. law should be based on the legal code of the Old Testament.
