Description

The Court held that Chapter 2 of Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA), under which the federal government distributes funds to state and local governmental agencies, which in turn lend educational materials and equipment to public and private schools, does not violate Establishment Clause.
